HotMomma is in Lovely Moms Cafe!!!
by mathe | Monday, July 6th, 2009 at 11:06 am | Momspeak |Hello, friends! May I invite all of you to visit my friend Toni’s Lovely Moms Cafe, where my article is published at the moment. Toni has been a classmate in Law School back in Manila in 1995. She did graduate but I didn’t because I dropped out. One time, while I was surfing Helium.com only early this year, I stumbled upon her Helium page and so we re-connected.
Isn’t it interesting that we went our separate ways as Law students but are now in contact with each other still as students – of life? Yes, being moms to young children, we are still in journey together, as mothers trying our best to learn how to best raise and nurture our little ones.
Toni has found love and a wonderful life in Australia with her husband and two children. She is half Japanese (I think), was raised in the Philippines and is now married to an Italian as they make a life together in Australia. If there is such a thing as an “international existence”, that’s Toni’s.
Hope you can drop by her site to read my thoughts about being a Mom here in the UK, away from everything familiar. Not that I can promise that you’ll find anything significant to your life in that article. I think Toni believes so that’s why I was able to fool her into publishing it in her site. Don’t you just tell her, ok?
See you there!

Hi Mathe. Your article is very relevant to all mothers especially those who left their homeland and live in another country. You are a tough mama and your article will surely provide inspiration to others. Hugs!
Cool site you have here Mathe. Congratulations. Now I know yellow is your favorite color.
Indeed , sometimes truth is stranger than fiction, or should I say, “small world”?
It’s always a pleasant surprise when we get to meet someone whom we thought we would never meet again because of geographical locations. Cheers.
Hi Toni!
Thanks for having me in your website. It is my honour to be there and to contribute something that your readers will find helpful.
Hugs, too!
Jena Isle, kumare! Thanks for the visit. Yes, yellow is one of my favourites (along with black and red).
The way Toni and I “met” each other again is indeed extraordinary. I could not have imagined her to be married with kids and have a blog had I not actually seen it. Am glad we are re-connected, actually.
Hope to see you more often here, kumare!
