Healthy Burger for the Whole Family
Being a vegetarian, I sure miss the taste of burgers. Even after years of not eating that all-American favourite, I have no problem inhaling its aroma every time I pass by a fastfood store. In fact, I relish it and am content with just the smell of it.
The trouble comes only when I try to imagine how it feels to have a chunk of that dark, juicy and flavourful mince in my mouth – I automatically shut off the thought and want to drink strong coffee instead to wash off the taste, in my mind at least.
So, I came up with a substitute which is to me, a lot better than what I remember of cheese burgers.

A burger bun, ketchup, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese will complete the picture and you have one healthier alternative to the beef burger.
This is just tuna, chopped spinach, egg and salt to taste fried in olive oil or sunflower oil.
